4th Annual Infant Mortality Summit
Neighborhood Centers Inc. SUNNY FUTURES Healthy Start Consortium in collaboration with Texas Southern University Center On The Family is hosting an infant mortality summit targeting young women in the Houston area. The event is free for community members and college students. Light breakfast and lunch will be served and participants will receive giveaways and door prizes.

Registration and light breakfast will begin at 9:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION/LATE REGISTRATION:
No telephone registrations will be accepted.
The deadline for registration is Thursday, September 17, 2009. After that day an additional fee of $15 dollars will apply only to Professionals requesting CEUs. This fee will be waived for registered SUNNY FUTURES Healthy Start (SFHS) Consortium Members (current application must be on file & member must have attended a meeting in the last 12 months).
PARKING:
Parking is available in the following locations:
- Visitor Parking Lot 3 (V3) – located on Ennis next to the West Garage, Fee –$1 per hour or maximum $3 with no re-entry.
- West Garage – located on Ennis at Blodgett, Fee - $5
