Would you like to see firsthand the ways we are making a significant difference in the lives of our neighbors?
Please join us for A Gathering of Hearts and Minds, a monthly one-hour informal introduction to what we do and how we do it.
The gatherings take place on the third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 to 11am.
We meet at our Central Services Office at 4500 Bissonnet, Suite 200 and, after brief introductions, travel together to the Baker-Ripley Neighborhood Center.
Guests meet some of the neighbors we serve and take a 30-minute tour of the campus, which includes a TEA "Exemplary" elementary charter school, family literacy program, Promise Credit Union, community garden and more. We return to the Bissonnet office around 11 o'clock.
Please email us if you would like to attend an upcoming Gathering of Hearts and Minds. We look forward to your feedback!
