Director of Program Planning and Grant Development

Salary Range: $75,448-85,189

Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of two (2) years of human services and/or early childhood education experience required. Familiarity with government grant requirements, process and systems preferred. Experience using the “Asset Based Community Development Approach and/or “Appreciative Inquiry” a plus. Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal.
JOB SUMMARY:
Identifies and secures public resources to continue and/or expand agency programs. Provides research, guidance and support to program staff to assist them in planning and implementing efficient, effective programs. Identifies and promote strategic partnerships and innovative programming. Uses multiple sources to identify funding priorities/trends and potential opportunities. Edits, compiles and submits grant proposals and applications in a timely manner. Leads multidisciplinary, cross-agency teams in developing and submitting well-written, responsive grant proposals.

HVAC & Electrical Maintenance Technician
Salary Grade: 7
Salary Range: $27,663-37,345
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and Technical School diploma in related field with three (3) years relevant experience. Universal EPA CFC Certification required; Stationary Engineers License preferred. Working knowledge of commercial HVAC and Electrical Distribution systems and equipment up to 480 volts; including Chill Water Systems, Packages Units, Split Systems, and Boilers with and without energy management systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret architectural prints, schematics, project scopes, and specific written and verbal instructions to complete projects according to approved guidelines. Must be able to prioritize response for multiple tenants and coordinate and communicate services for projects at multiple locations on a daily basis.
JOB SUMMARY:
Respond to and coordinate the completion of all agency HVAC & electrical related repairs. Develop and maintain an aggressive preventive maintenance program for agency HVAC & electrical distribution equipment. Respond to facilities issues and emergencies as directed. Work with HVAC and electrical vendors and contractors to complete necessary repairs.

Assistant Director
Salary Grade: 10
Salary Range:  $48,374-76,813

Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required. Experience with the preparation and review of individual tax returns, the implementation of quality control measures, tax office operations, and management of staff is strongly preferred. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and Access, and databases.  Excellent logical and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise, closely monitor and actively participate in the transmission and processing of all tax returns during tax season.  Monitor tax return quality and implement quality control measures.  Help ensure the program is in compliance with all IRS requirements. Take a leading role in tracking program outputs and analyzing program effectiveness and impact. Serve as a primary trainer for the program, teaching volunteers basic tax law and tax center managers advanced tax law and operations.  Represent the program and provide tax expertise in media interviews.

JOB SUMMARY:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot stand alone PCs and associated assemblies in network environment. Provide IT support for NCI staff, ensure work is completed on time, enter help desk tickets, prepare help desk reports and order IT dept supplies. Respond to network, hardware, software and technical support concerns, upgrade components as required, and troubleshoot to isolate and diagnose common Level 1 hardware problems.

Two years previous Enrichment education or continuing education experience. Instructors must provide a written curriculum of class.
JOB SUMMARY: To teach enrichment courses that include exercise and fitness such as dance, yoga, karate, aerobics, etc; leisure learning such as gardening, sewing, art, cake decorating, crafts, etc; and youth courses such as theater, hip-hop, graphic design, etc. Courses run four to eight weeks and meet one to three times a week.
