The SUNNY FUTURES Healthy Start Consortium is a collaborative network committed to working together to accomplish the mission of enhancing the perinatal system in the Sunnyside, Third Ward and Fifth Ward communities to reduce infant mortality and low birth weight babies.
The Consortium aims to utilize all resources efficiently to protect, promote, and improve health and quality of life for the residents of the SFHS target population.
