In the parent section, there are articles adapted from their bi-monthly bulletin, weekly messages to parents, a guide to helping parents whose child is going through a developmental assessment, information on developmental milestones and more.

National Fatherhood Initiative

The NFI was established in 1994 and is directed by Wade Horn, Ph.D., who is the former U.S. Commissioner for Children, Youth, and Families. The site offers membership to the NFI, but the majority of membership benefits seem to be accessible through this web site. It contains an online catalog of resources that can be ordered, back issues of "Fatherhood Today," tips from other fathers, links to other fatherhood-related web sites, and an interactive forum which links fathers to educational counselors and other fathers. Easy to navigate!

Their mission is to promote the well-being of children, youth, and their families, and protect every child from harm. The website has tips on raising children and working within your community to increase support for parents and parenting.
