Neighborhood Centers in Houston, La Porte & Pasadena
Centrally located in six neighborhoods, our centers are the hub of the areas they serve. The centers partner with a host of service providers to deliver a variety of resources that help residents build on their existing assets and strengths.
Programs and activities are created with the assistance of a local advisory board that address health and wellness issues, teach adult basic education, provide comprehensive services to seniors, engage children and youth in wholesome after-school and summer activities and offer enrichment and leisure activities to persons of all ages.
