Centrally located in six neighborhoods, our centers are the hub of the areas they serve. Our neighborhood centers partner with a host of service providers to deliver a variety of resources that help residents build on their existing assets and strengths.
With the assistance of a local advisory board, programs and activities are created that address health and wellness issues, teach adult basic education, provide comprehensive services to seniors, engage children and youth in wholesome after-school and summer activities and offer enrichment and leisure activities to persons of all ages.
