Centrally located in six neighborhoods, our centers are the hub of the areas they serve. Our neighborhood centers partner with a host of service providers to deliver a variety of resources that help residents build on their existing assets and strengths.
Each center reflects the unique culture of the neighborhood in which it is located. With the assistance of a local advisory board, programs and activities are designed at each site in response to neighborhood requests. These include services that address health and wellness issues, teach adult basic education, provide comprehensive services to seniors, engage children and youth in wholesome after-school and summer activities and offer enrichment and leisure activities to persons of all ages.
